EXPERIENCE THE CULTURE OF THE FASTEST MAN ON EARTH (USAIN BOLT)

As a Jamaican, I am pleased to take this opportunity to present this article to the Global Audience and hope that you will find it inspiring and informative.

Jamaica is a little island in the Caribbean, with a population of about 2.5 Million people. Jamaica is said to be the land of Wood and Water. The colours in the flag are:

• Black
• Green
• Gold

It is said that the colour BLACK represents hardship, GREEN represents Green pastures, fruitfulness and GOLD represents the lovely sunshine.

We have a rich culture in Jamaica. We produce some powerful people in all forms, from athletes to actors (comedians), singers and many more.

Jamaica is very close to the Spanish Country, Cuba. Our official language is English. We have our favorite Dialect which we refer to as PATIOS. (Pat-wah) or CREOLE. Some people might argue that Patois is a language, some say its bad English or broken English. In my opinion, regardless of what it is, once you understand this dialect then you are on your way.

As you continue to read this article, I will present to you some useful videos so you can watch and listen, so as to get a grip of the culture that the world fastest man is a part of.

These are some of the Jamaican food eaten by the world fastest man, Usain Bolt.

• Yellow yam
• Sweet yam
• Breadfruit
• Ackee and Saltfish
• Dasheen
• Green and ripe Banana
• Cassava
• Calaloo
• Cabbage

The list goes on and on. All these foods can be purchased at any West Indian shop near you.

So, experience the foods of the world fastest man.

Jamaica has some hillarious Comedians and they are fun to watch. I must warn you, you might not all understand what they are saying, but they are fun to watch. At least you can say that you have been given a taste of the culture of the world fastest man, USAIN BOLT.
